With just a length of a not too thick marine cord you can begin to jump rope to a flat belly. To do this alone, hold the two ends of the rope one on each hand and begin to throw it over your head while you jump it as soon as it lands on the ground close to your feet. In other words you skip it to avoid tripping on it. Do this until you are sweating
